Paul Bradshaw founded IT Remedies in 2005, after 15 years of IT and consulting experience in financial services in the City of London. That background shaped how we work: secure by default, carefully documented and focused on business outcomes.
Since then we have worked with organisations in healthcare, transport, manufacturing, construction, legal, professional services and UK local government. In 2024 we broadened our focus from traditional IT support to business technology, helping clients use technology as a driver of growth, not just a cost to manage.
For larger strategy and transformation work, our sister practice Trustpoint Consulting provides Microsoft 365, Azure and Power Platform consultancy, backed by the same team.
We focus on customer satisfaction, delivery and continuous improvement. As an independent provider, we work with a range of suppliers to deliver the right solution for each client.
Paul started IT Remedies in 2005, having previously spent 15 years in IT and consulting in financial services in the City of London. Since then he has worked with sectors including healthcare, transport and manufacturing.
Paul is involved in the business day to day, driving our philosophy of using IT to deliver business benefits. Outside work he enjoys a busy family life, follows and sponsors his son’s football team, PSA, and enjoys DJing and making music with technology.
Nicola has worked in accounting roles across health and leisure, merchant banking, food and drink, and resourcing. She manages all aspects of the daily accounting and financial running of IT Remedies.
Away from work, Nicola enjoys time with her family, supporting her son’s football and meeting up with friends.
