Paul Bradshaw Managing Director
IT Remedies was started in 2005 by Paul Bradshaw who previously had 15 years IT and Consulting experience in the Financial Services in the City of London.

Since starting IT Remedies, Paul has worked with other sectors including HealthCare, Transport, and Manufacturing.

Paul is involved with our business and on day to day basis helping to drive our philosophy of using IT to deliver business benefits.

Outside of work Paul enjoys a busy family life with his 3 children and wife, he also avidly follows & sponsors his son’s football team Berkhamsted FC.

Paul also enjoys DJing and using technology to make music.

Chris Parritt Senior infrastructure Engineer/Assistant Manager
Chris joined IT Remedies in early April 2013, having previously held the position of Helpdesk Manager. Chris is currently our longest serving employee and has over 12 years’ experience in IT support.

Chris’s past experience and vast IT knowledge make him a valuable member of the team. His responsibilities include managing the technical engineers and IT support delivery for all our clients. His role focusses on delivering excellent customer service throughout whilst ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Chris has a young family and a passion for rugby. In his spare time he can be found in his local gym, or playing computer games on his very own custom IT Remedies gaming PC.

Ben Systems Engineer
Ben has 11 years of IT experience working extensively on the helpdesk and building customer rapport. Ben joined IT Remedies in Dec 2018 and has continued to develop his IT skills with our customer base

Ben has a vast range of skills from hardware break-fix, device build & configuration and networking to IT Projects.

He has experience in supporting small businesses to large corporate companies.

Ben works onsite at two of our major clients and has an excellent track record and rapport with our clients.

In Ben’s spare time he likes to work on project cars and kayaking.

Tommy Trainee Support Engineer
Tommy joined the team in Aug 2020 from a sales role at one of our clients. Tommy wanted a career change as he has a keen interest in Technology and has built several gaming rigs and competed at a good level

Tommy brings his sales skills to the team also to help bolster that process and has undertaken the social media aspect of the business too

Outside of work Tommy is a keen footballer and continues his gaming experience
